Accessibility in the Outletcity
We make every effort to ensure that the outdoor area and the outlet stores are easily accessible for all visitors. There are elevators in the multi-storey buildings and most of the height differences on the site are bridged by ramps. Wheelchair toilets are available in all sanitary facilities.
Parking garages
Parking spaces for people with disabilities are available in all our parking garages. They are signposted accordingly and are shown in blue in the parking guidance system.
Wheelchair rental
Wheelchairs can be borrowed from the Welcome Center if required.
